Spending time in nature supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Join Chelan-Douglas Land Trust and Columbia Valley Community Health for a Hike for Health — a free, family-friendly event where you can walk the trails, connect with nature, and enter to win fun health-focused prizes! Participation Detail & Raffle: This is the final event of the Hike for Health Series, at the iconic Saddle Rock Natural Area. We will give out the final raffle prizes at the end of the hike. We will explore Saddle Rock East Trail. This walk will be 2 miles with 800 feet of elevation gain. Registration is encouraged. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with more details regarding the event. Register Here/Registrate Aqui Accessibility: There are a vaulted toilet and shelter at the trailhead.
