 nal well-being. Join Chelan-Douglas Land Trust and Columbia Valley Communi
 ty Health for a Hike for Health — a free\, family-friendly event where y
 ou can walk the trails\, connect with nature\, and enter to win fun health
 -focused prizes! Participation Detail & Raffle: This is the final event of
  the Hike for Health Series\, at the iconic Saddle Rock Natural Area. We w
 ill give out the final raffle prizes at the end of the hike. We will explo
 re Saddle Rock East Trail. This walk will be 2 miles with 800 feet of elev
 ation gain. Registration is encouraged. Once you register\, you will recei
 ve a confirmation email with more details regarding the event. Register He

 t the trailhead. Dogs allowed on leash. Carpooling is available. Please le
